You will drive end-to-end delivery and support for ETRM and trading regulatory systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of trade capture systems and handle business changes.
• Perform requirement gathering, functional analysis, and functional design.
• Provide documentation for requirements, functional designs, workflows, and project tracking.
• Manage communication across multiple teams, third-party vendors, and consulting staff.
• Track tasks, timelines, and progress reporting throughout the software lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of direct functional and technical experience supporting ETRM and trading systems.
• Deep understanding of North American Energy trading end-to-end business processes.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas trading, deal lifecycles, position reporting, deal modelling, and risk valuation.
• Experience with invoicing, settlements, scheduling, pricing, and transaction types.
• Understanding of Straight Through Processing (STP) and contract/statement data.
• 7-10 years of experience working with RDBMS.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) within the full software lifecycle.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
