Description

Act as a Business Analyst specializing in ETRM systems and data architecture for energy trading.

You will own the requirement gathering process and optimize data structures to meet US regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document high-level and detailed business requirements through direct stakeholder engagement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on trading system needs and regulatory compliance.
• Design and optimize data structures, including data marts, views, and multidimensional databases.
• Apply energy and trading domain knowledge to ensure adherence to US regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the energy trading industry.
• Deep expertise in ETRM systems and energy trading domain processes.
• Extensive knowledge of US regulatory requirements for trading.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing, including Data Vault and star schemas.
• Proficiency in designing and tuning schemas, tables, and data marts.
• Proven experience working with multidimensional databases.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex data modeling in high-volume trading environments.
