Description

You support hardware, software, and technology for in-office and remote users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new internal and external users in the corporate environment.
• Manage tickets and incidents in ServiceNow, handling resolution, escalation, and documentation.
• Deploy hardware and software, including desktop and laptop imaging and VoIP provisioning.
• Provision Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online, managing authentication and user objects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an IT support or similar role.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Knowledge of Cisco and Juniper networking technology.
• Familiarity with DHCP.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
