Description

You will support the Global End User Computing team, balancing technical problem-solving, customer service, and collaboration to ensure users have the necessary hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Own incidents and requests, providing timely resolutions to maintain end-user productivity.
• Receive and manage user queries via chat, email, and web tickets, prioritizing and escalating issues appropriately.
• Provide hardware, software, network, and server support for Windows and Mac devices.
• Maintain user accounts, groups, and distribution lists within the environment.
• Document and publish repeatable processes and team responsibilities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical support, Service Desk, or End User Computing Environment.
• Proficiency with Active Directory.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Knowledge of end-user VPN connectivity resolution.
• Experience installing, repairing, and updating Windows 10 software.
• Familiarity with Service management tools and endpoint management tools.
• Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends, to cover 24x7 support.
