Description

You will support the Global End User Computing team by resolving technical incidents and requests to maintain end-user productivity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own incidents and requests, providing timely resolutions via chat, email, and web tickets.
• Provide hardware, software, network, and server support for Windows and Mac devices.
• Resolve end-user VPN connectivity issues and manage user accounts, groups, and distribution lists.
• Document and publish repeatable processes and team responsibilities.
• Install, repair, and update Windows 10 software and related applications.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical support, Service Desk, or End User Computing Environment.
• Proficiency with Active Directory for account and group management.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Knowledge of end-user VPN connectivity resolution.
• Familiarity with service management tools and endpoint management tools.
• Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends, to cover 24x7 support.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in a similar role.
