Description

You support all hardware, software, and technology for in-office and remote users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train internal and external end users on the technology environment.
• Provide expert-level support for Windows and Mac hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Provision and maintain resources in Active Directory, Azure, and Intune to manage user access.
• Handle ticket and incident management via ServiceNow, including resolution and documentation.
• Support broker and trading floor technology, including proprietary tools and wireless networking.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an EUC or similar technical support role.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Proficiency troubleshooting Windows OS and MacOS.
• Expertise supporting Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with networking technologies such as Cisco or Juniper.
• Experience managing mobile devices using MDM for Apple and Android.
• Ability to manage hardware imaging and software deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in PowerShell.
