Description

You will provide technical support and hardware deployment services to ensure seamless end-user computing operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents by conducting diagnostic steps and eliminating variables to find root causes.
• Perform physical build-outs, including installing computing devices and low voltage cabling.
• Manage on-site vendors to ensure maintenance and safety guidelines are followed.
• Translate technical terms for non-technical users to assist with navigation and system understanding.
• Identify, document, and escalate issues to the appropriate parties while following established IM processes and security protocols.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in EUC Consulting or Desktop Support.
• Experience with hardware installation and low voltage cabling.
• Ability to perform physical walk-throughs and instrumentation checks to monitor environments.
• Knowledge of current security controls and the ability to interpret security standards.
• Proficiency in data collection and management for security audits.
• Strong diagnostic skills to validate issues and confirm resolutions through testing.
• Any Graduate degree.
