Description
You provide onsite technical support for end-user computing technologies, networks, and systems in Charleston, SC.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, mobile platforms, and peripherals.
- Deploy, install, and configure software via Intune on client devices.
- Manage the full IMAC lifecycle, including Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes.
- Provide White Glove support for VIP users, managing devices, video systems, and communication tools.
- Maintain hardware inventory through daily asset management and monthly reporting.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience managing enterprise desktops at scale (1000+ clients).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, specifically Intune and SCCM.
- Experience creating and maintaining Intune policies and deployment scripts.
- Hands-on administration of Windows operating systems.
- Working knowledge of Azure AD and Active Directory, including GPO, DNS, and user profile management.
- Experience with BitLocker management and LAPS.
- Ability to manage MS Office, MS Teams, and COTS software.
- Knowledge of imaging laptops and basic networking/proxy technologies.
- Experience with browser technologies including Chrome and Internet Explorer.
