Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of end-user computing resources, ensuring high availability and security for desktops, laptops, and meeting room equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network configuration issues, logging all incidents for tracking.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Manage LAN and WAN connectivity services to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Write custom scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain asset inventory and document support activities within incident and change management tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in desktop support, field technician support, or junior systems administration.
• Proficiency in managing LAN and WAN connectivity services.
• Hands-on experience with hardware configuration, network setup, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority trouble tickets and projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with external vendors for technical problem resolution.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal customers.
• Capacity to participate in monthly Saturday maintenance windows.
