Description

You will manage End User Computing operations and technology services, ensuring delivery aligns with ITIL standards and customer objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage EUC technology services and Digital Workplace operations to meet contractual obligations and SLAs.
• Lead small projects under EUC technologies, ensuring on-time delivery and clear scope definition.
• Coordinate with other EUC service towers and non-EUC delivery teams to achieve overall objectives.
• Identify service improvement opportunities, focusing on cost optimization, resource productivity, and automation.
• Direct resource management, including team upskilling, conflict resolution, and employee retention.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience in EUC Operations and technology services.
• Strong technical knowledge in End Point Imaging, Application Packaging, and Software Deployment.
• Experience with Mobility (MDM), Virtualization, and End Point Encryption.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and End Point Protection.
• ITIL certification is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering.
• Proven ability in SLA management and operational reporting.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
