Description

You will provide Level 2 technical support for end-user computing devices, software, and cloud services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, including OS installation and driver updates.
• Diagnose hardware failures and coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs and part replacements.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint permissions.
• Administer Microsoft Azure Tenant, Multi-Geo configurations, and Microsoft Intune policies.
• Maintain endpoint security using Microsoft Defender and manage VPN connectivity for remote access.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in end-user computing and technical support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience managing devices via Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Defender for endpoint security.
• Technical expertise in MS Office, Adobe, and various collaboration tools.
• Competency in OneDrive and SharePoint administration.
• Experience with mobile device enrollment and security compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage VPN and remote access troubleshooting.
