Design, implement, and manage end-user computing solutions and infrastructure for mission-critical environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute EUC projects for migrations, upgrades, and support.
• Design modern end-user computing solutions and define hardware, OS, and application standards.
• Manage and integrate applications for desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, and mobile devices.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve issues within SLA.
• Automate engineering processes and routine tasks to streamline operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in end-user computing.
• Expertise in Windows 11 and Windows Client OS Patching.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and AirWatch.
• Hands-on experience with Office 365 and Microsoft 365 enablement.
• Experience with SCCM, Ivanti, and Active Directory-LAPS.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Problem Management and Change Management.
• Proven ability in Root Cause Analysis and Technical Advisory.

Preferred Skills

• Professional-level certification in an EMM platform (Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, etc.).
• ITIL v3 training or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Advanced knowledge of enabling end-user technologies in the cloud.
