Description

You will own end-to-end service delivery for EUC services, including devices, Modern Workplace platforms, user provisioning, endpoint security, and compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as EUC Service Owner, accountable for availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
• Define, track, and improve SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs across the service portfolio.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Oversee migrations, device refreshes, Autopilot/Intune operations, and post-migration support.
• Manage internal teams and third-party service providers to ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in EUC or Modern Workplace service delivery.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Deep knowledge of Windows OS lifecycle management and endpoint security.
• Solid experience with ITIL and ITSM service management frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams and global EUC transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
• Budget management experience.
