Job Description Short JD – EUC Service Lead / Manager Seeking an experienced EUC Service Lead with 7+ years of expertise in Endpoint Management and Workplace Engineering. Responsible for leading Image Management, Patch Management, Application Packaging, and Software Deployment services across enterprise environments. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell. Must drive endpoint governance, OS deployments, vulnerability remediation, automation, service improvements, and team leadership. Exposure to Microsoft Copilot/AI workplace initiatives is an added advantage. Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills are required.
