Description

Manage End User Computing operations at the site level to ensure operational stability and service delivery excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage EUC services to maintain operational stability and performance.
• Track and report on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Direct Service Delivery Management functions for the site.
• Oversee local EUC infrastructure and support workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in EUC environments.
• Proven experience managing EUC services.
• Direct experience with Service Delivery Management.
• Ability to define and monitor KPI metrics.
• Strong understanding of EUC operational frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading site-level EUC teams.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
