Description

You will design, architect, and deploy client computing operating systems and VDI image engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer client computing operating systems and VDI images, including testing and deployment.
• Collaborate on project delivery for key IT initiatives.
• Manage Windows 10/11 OS build deployment, support, and software compatibility verification.
• Administer device management platforms and implement Purview Information Protection.
• Support end-user technology including Unified Communication, Collaboration tools, file, and print services.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience supporting IT End User Service organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Microsoft certification in M365, Endpoint Administrator, Managing Modern Desktops, Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Azure (Azure Administrator or MSCA/MCSE).
• ITIL Certification with knowledge of Change, Problem, and Incident Management processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Group Policy, Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Active Directory Trusts, Active Directory Sites and Services, DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
• Experience with Virtual Desktop Delivery Systems (VDI) and SCCM, Intune, or MECM.
• Knowledge of Modern Authentication architecture and Single Sign-On between cloud and on-premise systems.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11 OS deployment and Windows Application Controls.
• Technical knowledge of Purview Information Protection.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in a bank or financial institution.
