Description

You will manage the installation, support, and troubleshooting of end-user workspace hardware and software environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac operating systems and authorized desktop applications.
• Maintain end-user hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment.
• Own incident resolution by performing problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes.
• Document all requests and technical resolutions accurately within the IT service desk system.
• Create and publish support documentation to assist users with self-service resolution.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a similar end-user computing support environment.
• Proficiency in Windows Admin and Mac operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, and Lotus Notes.
• Understanding of networking principles, domains, and IT principles.
• Experience managing mobile devices, specifically iPhones and Blackberry.
• Familiarity with MDM, VPN, and virtual environments.
• Knowledge of data backup principles and network/compute environment devices.
• Ability to work within ITIL frameworks and follow standard operating procedures.

Preferred Skills

• CompTIA A+, MCP, or MCSE certifications.
• OEM certifications.
• Formal ITIL training and experience.
