Description

You will act as a platform owner responsible for the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of endpoint environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, deploy, and troubleshoot operating system images for Windows and MacOS.
• Manage endpoint tools including Tanium, Intune, MEM, WS1, and JAMF.
• Execute patching routines for Windows, Mac, and supported software to ensure compliance.
• Perform application packaging within the MEM toolset using MSI best practices.
• Practice ITIL methodology for incident, problem, configuration, and change management.
• Create and maintain platform documentation and training materials.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint configuration management and large-scale global implementations.
• Proficiency with Windows, Intune, MEM, and JAMF.
• Deep understanding of MacOS, iOS, and Android environments.
• Experience with OS deployment tools including Sysprep, WIM, WinPE, and registry management.
• Knowledge of Active Directory GPO management.
• Experience with software distribution, packaging, and patch deployment.
• Working knowledge of Windows Command Shell Script, VBScript, or PowerShell.
• Strong troubleshooting skills including root cause analysis and issue logging.
• Ability to present technical plans to Change Advisory Boards and leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Digital Employee Experience platforms.
• Background in customer service within an engineering context.
