Responsibilities
- Research target audiences to recommend specific industry events and evaluate participation effectiveness.
- Negotiate sponsorships, special programs, and costs directly with show management.
- Handle event logistics, including budget management and directing work teams.
- Create content for monthly e-newsletters and social media platforms.
- Track communication tool analytics to develop tactics for increasing employee engagement.

- 5+ years of experience in event management or related roles.
- Experience managing event logistics and budgets.
- Ability to navigate various communication tools, templates, and applications.
- Proficiency with social media platforms.
- Experience using templates for consistent communication.
- Proven ability to manage and direct work teams.
