Manage industry event participation and logistics from research through evaluation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research target audiences to recommend specific industry events and evaluate participation effectiveness.
• Negotiate sponsorships, special programs, and costs directly with show management.
• Handle event logistics, including budget management and directing work teams.
• Create content for monthly e-newsletters and social media platforms.
• Track communication tool analytics to develop tactics for increasing employee engagement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in event management or related roles.
• Experience managing event logistics and budgets.
• Proficiency with social media platforms.
• Ability to navigate various communication tools, templates, and applications.
• Experience using templates for consistent communication.
• Proven ability to manage and direct work teams.
• Background in audience research and event effectiveness evaluation.
