Description

You will design, implement, and maintain hybrid Exchange environments, supporting both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Exchange services including mailboxes, groups, and security policies.
• Implement email authentication and security using Defender, Office 365, and Exchange Online Protection.
• Manage identity and access policies, including conditional access, device compliance, PIM, RBAC, and user risk policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot Office 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Azure offerings.
• Monitor server logs, application logs, and ticket queues to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Exchange Online.
• Proven experience managing Exchange on-premises, Exchange Online, and Azure environments.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Intune.
• Hands-on experience with VMWare and Citrix XenServer.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Federation Services, PKI, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Linux systems.
• Experience with Microsoft System Center Suite and Snow License Inventory.
• Expertise in Enterprise Volume Licensing and cloud-based licensing standards.
