You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to two Executive Vice Presidents.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and setting up global videoconferences for two Executive Vice Presidents using MS Outlook.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including bookings, approvals, and visa support.
- Serve as the primary gatekeeper and liaison for the Executive Vice Presidents, managing communications and resolving conflicts proactively.
- Handle expense reporting, invoice reconciliation, and procurement of gifts, managing associated budget approvals.
- Provide project management support, including taking meeting minutes, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining leadership meeting cadences.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional business support role.
- Expert proficiency with MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a high-demand environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills when interacting with all management levels.
- Strong organizational skills, including meticulous time management and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex domestic and international events and travel.
- Experience handling time and expense reporting processes.
