You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing complex schedules and ensuring operational efficiency across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel logistics and manage expense reports for executive leadership.
• Oversee calendar management, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Handle sensitive information with strict discretion and confidentiality.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to support seamless executive workflow.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to one or more executives.
• Proven track record in coordinating travel logistics and managing executive calendars.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, project, and time management capabilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask effectively and maintain high availability to support the CEO.
• Professional demeanor with a team-focused, proactive attitude and strong self-initiative.
