Description

You will drive lead generation and client acquisition for IT services within the European market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential clients to schedule meetings aligned with key service areas.
• Conduct high-volume cold calling, averaging 120 calls per day.
• Utilize LinkedIn to source prospects and manage professional outreach.
• Execute end-to-end sales processes using CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed organizational sales targets and expectations.

Required Skills

• 2 to 6 years of experience in IT sales or the BPO industry.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Marketing, Science, or IT/Computer Science.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM systems, including the ability to explain process flows.
• Proven ability to perform cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Active LinkedIn profile with a minimum of 100 connections.
• Ability to work the Europe shift (1 PM to 10 PM IST) from the Chennai office.
• Availability to join within a 15-20 day notice period.

Preferred Skills

• Prior exposure to the European market.
