Responsibilities

• Develop digital strategies with measurable annual targets and multi-year roadmaps aligned to Global Consumer Banking technology landscapes.
• Lead strategic governance and execution by maintaining regional roadmaps and integrated execution plans.
• Perform industry and benchmark analysis to identify emerging banking and technology trends.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, risk, and audit teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Develop systemic methods to track metrics and maintain the digital strategic scorecard.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of consulting or industry experience.
• UI/UX Design expertise.
• Journey Mapping and Content Management skills.
• eCommerce and Marketing Automation proficiency.
• CRM and Service & API Development experience.
• Cloud Deployments knowledge.
• Advanced analytical capability and data modeling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive-level engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Broad MarTech experience.
