Description

Apply systems theory to identify and address complex organizational challenges within the Tennessee public safety net system.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather information and map system dynamics.
• Develop visual system maps and conduct root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement system interventions to achieve desired organizational outcomes.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate team members on systems thinking principles.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff throughout the intervention process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience applying systems thinking principles to real-world problems.
• Deep understanding of systems theory and organizational development.
• Expertise in systems thinking tools and techniques for analysis and intervention design.
• Proven ability to facilitate meetings and deliver technical presentations to stakeholders.
• Experience developing system maps and comprehensive analysis reports.
• Master's degree or equivalent in systems thinking, organizational development, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team-based environments.
