You will provide architecture and design leadership for complex digital transformation programs and large-scale, multi-pillar deals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture and sizing for large deals, selecting technology stacks that balance performance with cost.
• Review, optimize, and sign off on integrated technology solutions across multiple service lines.
• Deliver enterprise architecture blueprints and establish design governance, including standards, best practices, and compliance processes.
• Articulate and present technical solutions to customers during bid defense and stakeholder discussions.
• Analyze the business impact of technical choices and evaluate project constraints to mitigate risks or perform process re-engineering.

Required Skills

• 24+ years of IT industry experience, with at least 15 years in leadership roles focused on enterprise architecture and solution design.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end architecture for multi-year, multi-vendor digital transformation programs.
• Expertise in managing complex programs involving BPS, ADMS, System Integration, Infra/Cloud Management, Networks, and Security.
• Experience with greenfield rollouts, system rationalization, large-scale migrations, and managed services contracts.
• Ability to lead architecture and design teams while establishing functional, non-functional, data, and security design hierarchies.
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps, Test Automation, and Configuration Management.
• Any Graduate degree.
