Description

You will manage office facilities coordination and lease administration for North America and global offices during US shifts in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office facilities and vendor relations to ensure smooth operations and supply delivery.
• Maintain real-time lease management trackers, including contract details and headcount data.
• Audit lease agreements and submit rent invoices to AP at least 7 days before month-end.
• Track office move project status and collaborate with IT to ensure completion before move-in dates.
• Oversee parking management, invoice reconciliation, and office supply procurement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management or related operations.
• Proficiency in Auto CAD.
• Experience using Project Management trackers.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong business communication skills.
• Ability to work US shifts in Bangalore.
• Experience with vendor coordination and invoice processing.

• Any Graduate education background.
