Description
You manage end-to-end HR administration, training coordination, and statutory compliance for the Bangalore office.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee data including attendance, leave, shift rosters, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with vendors and trainers to execute learning programs and evaluate assessment scores.
- Ensure statutory compliance with employment acts and coordinate audits with agencies.
- Administer employee benefits including ESI, Mediclaim, medical checkups, and insurance claims.
- Facilitate onboarding documentation, exit formalities, and general administration tasks.
Required Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or generalist roles.
- Knowledge of ESI, Mediclaim, and coordinating with Insurance Providers.
- Ability to track Attendance and Leaves accurately for payroll processing.
- Familiarity with statutory compliance and employment-related acts.
- Experience managing training logistics, assessment scores, and trainer evaluations.
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
