You will manage full-cycle IT recruitment processes to drive company growth.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source passive and active candidates using networking, internet tools, and cold calling.
• Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews via telephone or video conference for all candidate levels.
• Pre-screen candidates through phone and in-person evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews with managers and track all candidate feedback.
• Manage multiple recruiting efforts across different stages of the pipeline.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruiting pipeline.
• Experience sourcing via cold calling and digital networking tools.
• Strong knowledge of the contracting and sourcing market space.
• Ability to conduct behavioral-based interviews.
• Experience posting and maintaining job descriptions on various job boards.
• Any Graduate degree.
