Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles to drive company growth through talent acquisition.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source passive and active candidates using networking, internet tools, and cold calling.
• Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews via telephone and videoconference for all candidate levels.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, technical teams, and Account Managers.
• Maintain job descriptions across various job boards and track interview feedback.
• Build and manage relationships with contractors and potential candidates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruiting efforts across different pipeline stages.
• Experience with sourcing techniques including cold calling and internet tools.
• Strong knowledge of the contracting and sourcing market space.
• Ability to perform behavioral interviewing.
• Experience tracking candidate feedback and recruitment metrics.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Monitor and improve recruiting metrics, including pipeline volume and offer acceptance rates.
