Description
You will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for US-based technical and IT roles during night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates using job portals, internal databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional references.
- Perform pre-screening calls to evaluate applicant abilities and technical skillsets.
- Build evergreen candidate pipelines by engaging both active and passive talent.
- Partner with Account Executives and hiring teams to support interview processes and onboarding.
- Manage candidate relationships and meet strict delivery deadlines.
Required Skills
- 0-1 years of experience in US Recruitment.
- Experience sourcing technical and IT talent.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work US shift timings (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM or 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
