Description

You manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for US-based technical and IT roles during night shifts. You source qualified candidates using job portals, internal databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional references. You perform pre-screening calls to evaluate applicant abilities and technical skillsets. You build evergreen candidate pipelines by engaging both active and passive talent. You partner with Account Executives and hiring teams to support interview processes and onboarding. You manage candidate relationships and meet strict delivery deadlines.

Required Skills

• 0-1 years of experience in US Recruitment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work US shift timings (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM or 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
