Description

You will lead full-cycle executive search engagements, managing client relationships and candidate pipelines from requisition to offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for senior-level positions across diverse industries.
• Build and maintain a robust network of passive and active candidates to meet client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including initial outreach, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine search strategies.
• Track and report on key search metrics to ensure timely and high-quality placements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or recruitment consulting.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in mid-to-senior level roles.
• Strong proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a client-facing mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines from scratch.
• Any Graduate degree; MBA or HR certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Existing network of contacts in specific industry verticals relevant to client needs.
• Experience working with retained search firms or high-volume staffing agencies.
