Description

You will own the full-cycle executive search process, identifying and placing senior-level talent for key client roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques, professional networks, and proprietary databases.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define role requirements, success metrics, and candidate profiles.
• Screen and evaluate candidates against technical and cultural fit criteria, providing detailed feedback to hiring managers.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and pipeline status in the applicant tracking system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in executive search or high-volume technical recruiting.
• Proven track record of filling senior-level positions within agreed timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions.
• Expertise in Boolean searching and candidate sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for technology or engineering roles.
• Familiarity with executive search methodologies and market mapping.
