Description

You will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for executive-level positions in the Technology and Automotive sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and assess top-tier candidates for senior roles using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Manage client relationships, understanding hiring needs and providing market insights.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure successful placements.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline metrics in the CRM system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in executive search or high-volume recruiting.
• Proven track record of filling senior-level roles in Technology or Automotive industries.
• Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with executive-level candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with global brands and understanding cross-cultural hiring dynamics.

Preferred Skills

• Existing network of passive candidates in specific technology stacks or automotive engineering domains.
• Experience working in a boutique search firm or high-growth agency environment.
