Description

You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for executive-level positions, owning the search lifecycle from requirement analysis to offer closure.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for senior and executive roles, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including candidate engagement, coordination, and negotiation.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and refine search strategies.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to optimize process efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in executive search or full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in senior or specialized roles.
• Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques, including boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working with global clients is preferred.
