Description

You will provide technical support and database management to ensure product stability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database and application issues, including data performance problems.
• Manage customer queries via email ticketing, remote sessions, and phone calls.
• Execute data migration, transformation, and integration activities.
• Document standard operating procedures, customer communications, and knowledge base updates.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support environment.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems including MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL, and MongoDB.
• Proficiency in data migration, transformation, and integration processes.
• Understanding of API testing tools such as JMeter and Postman.
• Working knowledge of GET and POST API methods.
• Experience using CRM software like Zoho or Freshdesk.
• Strong understanding of BSS and OSS processes.
• Ability to conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
• Any Graduate degree.

• Technical expertise in database structural knowledge and analysis.
• Experience in data manipulation and API workflows.
