Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US-based roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including scheduling and offer coordination.
• Execute day-to-day HR operational tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with HR operations.
• Strong understanding of US hiring cycles and compliance.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
