You will provide high-level technology support to the firm's most senior managers, ensuring they are enabled to fulfill their roles through seamless technical performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 24/7 technical support to senior management to optimize their technology usage.
• Resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner through proactive problem-solving.
• Act as a technical steward for executive leadership, maintaining high visibility and service standards.
• Support onsite operations in the New York office with occasional travel to the Greenwich office.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional technical support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows Desktop environments.
• Experience managing users and permissions via Active Directory.
• Ability to use PowerShell Scripting for task automation.
• Experience with network analysis using Wireshark.
• Capability to utilize Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with Sysinternals tools for system troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree.
