Description

You will provide technical expert support and troubleshooting for EXFO solutions within a mobile operator environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot EXFO solutions including CP/UP Probes, Reveal, and Platform.
• Investigate complex system issues and perform root cause analysis before escalating to development teams.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Deployment, and technical sales teams on product developments.
• Validate new releases through system and telecom testing.
• Configure and fine-tune solutions to meet specific customer environments and project scopes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a system or telecom engineer in the telecommunications industry.
• Kubernetes Certification (Admin and/or Security Specialist) with hands-on experience in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Deep understanding of 4G/5G mobile operator network architecture.
• Knowledge of signaling procedures, protocols, and algorithms across radio, access, core, or application layers.
• Experience with Linux (Redhat, CentOS) and Windows Server (2012, 2016) configuration.
• Proficiency with virtualization technologies including VMWare and KVM.
• Database management skills using MySQL, Sybase, or MSSQL, including basic SQL queries.
• Gitlab fundamentals and professional English communication skills.
• Master's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to travel as required for project needs.
