Description

Lead user experience research to translate insights into impactful design recommendations. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and execute research studies using surveys, interviews, and ethnography to gather customer insights.
• Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns and trends.
• Provide actionable recommendations for UX design based on research findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into the product development process.
• Refine experience research strategies and connect research findings to business goals.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in generative and evaluative user experience research.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey and interview design.
• Experience with ethnography and data analysis techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of user experience design principles and practices.
• Understanding of how ethnographic principles influence effective user experiences.
• Ability to review and apply current research methodologies to inform experience designs.

Preferred Skills

• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate knowledge into team insights.
