Responsibilities

• Assess existing IT operations processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document workflows and create detailed process maps.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations.
• Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and engineer effective solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
