Good to Have Skills: Experience with DevOps practices including continuous integration and continuous deployment using Microsoft DevOps, configuration management, metrics and monitoring schemes, virtualization and cloud computing using Microsoft Azure. Knowledge of the Aviation Industry and System Integration is desirable. Familiarity with Java software development to effectively perform analysis of issues and identify potential code defects. Beginner knowledge of Big data including HDInsight/Hadoop, Machine Learning, Azure Stream Analytics. Scripting experience with JavaScript and Python, ability to write scripts for orchestrating complete deployments of DEV, QA and Production environments via tools such as Chef. Experience with CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, Node JS, Backbone JS, Spring MVC, JPA, Service Discovery, database modeling, Release Tools like VSTS, Artifactory, GitLab, Maven, IIS, Azure Web Apps, Apache Tomcat, Identity and Authentication protocols like SAML, SSO/Federation, AD/Azure AD, Azure PaaS services including Redis Cache, Azure Blob, RabbitMQ, Cloud Service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to clearly communicate with other team members effectively.
• Create positive impact on customers by developing polished, cohesive, effective, and user-friendly applications for large and complex aviation related systems.
• Work as a self-starter with positive attitude, high ethics, and strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills under pressure in time-constrained environments.
• Communicate effectively with team members virtually and understand multiple data formats for system integration.
• Rapidly learn and understand software architecture from source code and apply knowledge of SAFe projects and processes.
• Estimate user stories and features using story point estimation and commit tasks during Sprint Planning sessions.
• Contribute to Backlog refinement meetings by asking relevant questions to ensure requirements achieve the right level of Definition of Ready.
• Work with Product Owner to confirm that code and acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality accurately.
• Raise impediments and risks while approaching Scrum Master, Technical Architect, or Product Owner to arrive at appropriate solutions.
• Update task status and remaining efforts on daily basis and ensure change requests are properly tracked with impact analysis.
• Develop working software towards committed Team PI Objectives and deliver software according to expected quality standards.
• Design systems for testability and support test automation while working on prototyping and evaluating technical feasibility.

Experience Required: Typically 8 or more years of related work experience in full stack development with hands-on knowledge in designing and developing modules and components for various applications.

Education: Advanced degree such as Bachelor's or Master's preferred but not required
