Description

You will own the end-to-end user experience for assigned web applications and modules within a cross-functional product team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate market needs into usable solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to improve product effectiveness.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure high usability standards across all products.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of proven experience as a UX designer with a strong project portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Matomo, or Hotjar.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong skills in data analysis and user interface design.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to solve problems proactively within a product environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an agile product development environment.
