Description

You will drive the user experience for web applications and product modules within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate market needs into usable, valuable solutions.
• Own the end-to-end user experience for assigned web applications, projects, or modules.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to improve product effectiveness.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure high usability standards for customer business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design roles.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience with data analytics and user analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Matomo, or Hotjar.
• Strong User Interface Design skills.
• Proven ability to communicate complex design ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within an agile product development environment.
