Description

You will lead user experience design and research for web applications and product modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the user experience for assigned web applications, projects, or modules within a cross-functional team.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate market needs into usable solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to improve product effectiveness.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure high usability standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Matomo, or Hotjar.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong skills in Data Analysis and User Interface Design.
• Ability to communicate complex design ideas to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an agile product development environment.
