Description

You will own the end-to-end user experience for assigned web applications and modules within a cross-functional team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate market needs into usable, valuable solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to improve product effectiveness.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure high usability standards for customer business processes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user analytics tools including Mixpanel, Matomo, or Hotjar.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• User Interface Design proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an agile product development environment.
