Description

You will own the end-to-end user experience for assigned web applications and modules within a cross-functional product team.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate market needs into usable, valuable solutions.
• Take ownership of user experience for specific web applications, projects, or modules.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to improve product effectiveness.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure high standards of usability and customer experience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with user analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Matomo, or Hotjar.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong skills in data analysis and User Interface Design.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an agile product development environment.
