Description

You will own the end-to-end user experience for assigned web applications and modules within a cross-functional product team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate market needs into usable, valuable solutions.
• Own the user experience for specific web applications, projects, or modules.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to improve product effectiveness.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure high usability standards for customer business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX design and user research.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong skills in data analysis and user analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Matomo, or Hotjar.
• Proven ability in User Experience Design and User Interface Design.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.
